COPIES OF ALL OPRA REQUESTS, OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS, OF 911 SUICIDE THREATS OR SELF HARM CITY WIDE...SHOULD INCLUDE POLICE REPORTS, CAD REPORTS, AND ANY OTHER OFFICER LOGS.
ALSO, PLEASE INCLUDE ANY REPORT EVEN IF REDACTED FROM 800 CLARK ST IN REGARDS TO CHILD'S WELL BEING, CHILD ENDANGERMENT AND OR ALLEGATIONS OF CHILD ABUSE OVER THE PAST YEAR. ALSO INCLUDE RESPONDING OFFICERS LOGS, REPORTS, AND CAD FOR EACH INCIDENT. PLEASE INCLUDE BODY CAMERA FOOTAGE.

We are in receipt of your OPRA Request for ALL OPRA Requests over the past two years, etc. I am requesting clarification on your request for "Over the Past 2 years". Are you looking for 2018/19 or 2017/18?
