The Oceanport police Department received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on Tuesday June 5th.  The official Records Custodian, Chief
Michael P. Kelly, received your OPRA request on Wednesday, June 6th.  As
such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is
