Dear Leonia Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. a copy of the property permit file to see what improvements were ever done to the property
2. any oil tank records to see if the property was ever heated by oil
3. a copy of the property tax card to see any improvements done that affected the property taxes and assessed value

Under contract with this property so would like to get them to better all the relevant information about the property. Thanks.
