This is in response to your request made under OPRA and the common law
right of access filed with Livingston Township on June 6, 2023 in which
you requested the following:

Good morning,
This is in response to your request made under OPRA and the common law
right of access filed with Livingston Township on June 6, 2023 in which

Please note that on pp. 305-307 there is an attachment titled "Press
Release - Redevelopment at S. Livingston and Northfield.pdf" which was
attached to multiple emails. Instead of providing it with each email, it
