Attached is the Excel Spreadsheet listing all emails sent or received by

dated November 28, 2017. Rather than redact, emails from attorneys, Andrea
Bazer, Michael Fitzpatrick, Steven Kleinman and me, have been omitted from
the spreadsheet pursuant to the attorney-client privilege rendering those
emails consultative, deliberative and advisory and exempt from OPRA.
