Dear Christine Pfeiffer,
I spoke with an IT person who said this would not take 6 hours of time and that it would be a process that runs in the background, so if your vendor wants to charge you 6 hours then they are grossly overcharging you. This should be produced without a fee, consistent with Paff v. Galloway.
