Subject: Fwd: Open Public Records Act request - Copies of email logs-
Andrew C. Carey
Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
Dear Andrea Boulton,
I object to any IT service charge. I am aware that the Prosecutor uses Outlook for his email. An email log can be printed in seconds by clicking “Control + P and then selecting “Table Format” – this automatically generates a log. I also object to the amount of time you suggest is necessary to review the records because it would be very rare that a mere date/to/from/subject line would reveal any attorney-client privileged information. Once the log is printed, you should be able to quickly review it. I am not asking for the actual emails, which would obviously take more time. I will narrow my timeframe from February 15, 2018 to February 22, 2018 in hopes that it avoids a service charge.
Yours sincerely,
ASK NJ Media Co.
