Copies of DEP and EPA permits and documentation for the removal of sediment from Anker Park

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Any/all permits and documentation for the removal of sediment from the Anker Park pond on Hickory Corner Road that was conducted by the East Windsor Township Department of Public Works. I am also requesting and/all DEA and EPA permits issued and the results of soil samples taken for the dump site of the removed sediment relocated and dumped on Windsor Center Drive which was also performed by the East Windsor Department of Public Works.

Good afternoon,
East Windsor Township received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on August 29, 2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is September 8, 2022.
Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill due to the size of the file and the information being requested. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the record can be made available. If the record is not made available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.”
Your request requires an extension of time until September 16, 2022 which is an additional six (6) business days to gather the information from the files.

Good afternoon,

On September 8, 2022, a request for an extension of time extending the response deadline to September 16, 2022 was requested. This response to your request is being provided to you on September 16th, 2022.
