This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
OPRA 1:
Seeking copy of reporting to the State Board of Elections/Secretary of State, sent within 48 hours after the closing of poll locations on November 3, 2020, November 2, 2021 and as Precinct certification (tapes) are provided, November 8, 2022; inclusive reports extending to vote-by-mail ballot count, provisional ballots, Adjudication reporting requiring ballot curing

OPRA 2: BALLOT SCANNER/TABULATOR

Reports requested, to include:

• Event Log Reports, including calibrations of the subject scanner/tabulators.
• Summary Event Log Reports.
• System Log Reports.
• Report of subsequent ballot requests made, following initial mailing.
• Write-in Review Reports.
• Status Barcode reports generated with QR/UPC code scanner (from the registrant barcode on the individual ballots).
• Inventory report and movement chain of custody logs of all external thumb drives, including those transferred between Precinct/Municipality and County following early voting and day of election.
