expenditure of time and effort to accommodate the request" and the public

our copy machine, which will be determined based on our leasing agreement
with our copier provider. This also does not include the cost of
transporting all documents from storage so that these documents can be
scanned. This does not cover the cost of potential over-time associated
with this request. Further, this does not provide the potential cost of a
separate hard drive to hold all the provided storage for these documents.

If you wish to pursue this request, we will then request another extension
to determine the full special service charge and we will also request a
deposit which will be determined once a full total has been provided. I
will need a response within 10 days of this request, which would be August
29, 2022. If I do not receive a response, we will withdraw this request
from our system.
