I am troubled that my OPRA requests are subject to now at least two delays. The bills that I am requesting
have been in your possession for some time now, and I am sure that they have long since been paid. I would appreciate receiving my requests closer to the permitted time frame than what was proposed.

Please be advised that the response is voluminous as each monthly bill contains 30-40 pages. The bills require reviewing by the Village Attorney and for that amount of documentation, the time requirement is extensive. We appreciate your patience and will respond at our earliest opportunity.
