Please be advised that the response from that OPRA Request is voluminous
and meets the requirements for an exceptional fee.  The response is 469
pages and by ordinance we are required to provide 200 pages without
charge.  The fee of $.05 per page for the remaining 269 pages would be
$13.45.  The labor fee for redacting 469 pages would involve 16 hours and
we are required to provide you with 3 hours without charge.  The charge
for 13 hours for labor (at the lowest hourly wage of a staff member able
to complete the request) will be $400.  Therefore, the total cost for this
request to be fulfilled would be $413.45.  If you would like to proceed,
please submit payment of $350.00 so we may begin our process.  Payment may
be made in the form of a check made payable to the Village of Ridgewood. 
The balance may be paid upon completion of the request.  If you would like
to revise your request, please advise.
