This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I would like copies of any annual invoice('s) for payments in lieu of taxes(PILOTs) made to the city and/or county of Camden, NJ for property Rutgers owns or leases in the city and/or county of Camden New Jersey for the last five years. 2015-2020.

If invoices do not exist, original PILOT contracts/agreements/documents detailing the terms and amounts of these PILOT agreement('s) would also be sufficient.
