Records requested:

Copies of all Tort Claim Notices received by the Wall Twp. School District during the time period 01/01/2021 - 03/7/2023 as these will NOT be in storage. Please remove just these years (21 -23) from my prior OPRA 23-125 which you have requested an extension but have not provided a date to return. Dr. Handerhan please follow up with Mr. Smyth and have him provide a date to return the TORT documents for 2016 - 2020. I find it strange how legal documents are not on a computer in the district since 2016?
