Dear Freehold Township Board of Education,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Copies of the on board audio and video from Freehold Township Board of Education’s bus “S-18” between 07:11-07:34 (7:11am to 7:34am) this morning and between 14:20-14:45 2:20pm to 2:45pm) this afternoon.

Unfortunately no records exist as the video equipment was not functioning
on the date of the request.  As you are aware, if the video did exist
someone would have to pixelate the video to remove the students from being
viewed.
