Dear Ridgewood Village,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: any and all records and correspondence relating to the contract with Shaw Sports Turf to replace turf field at Maple Park. Any documentation on coconut topping used including cost and recommendations. Any correspondence between Ramon Hache, Sr. and Shaw Sports Turf.

Please be advised the Village Clerk’s Office is in receipt of two OPRA
Requests regarding similar topics, received within a close time period. 
We have several items that need clarification before we begin our search
for documents:

 

1.       Would you prefer to submit a combined, revised request as some
documents mentioned in the two requests are repeated? Or would you prefer
to have them remain as two separate requests?

2.       Regarding the contract for Shaw Sports Turf, please provide a
time period that will be included in our search.

3.       Regarding records of payment,  please provide a time period that
will be included in our search and to whom the payment would be made.

4.       Regarding the correspondence between Ramon Hache Sr. and Shaw
Sports Turf, please provide a time period that will be included in our
search.

5.       Regarding documentation on coconut topping, please provide a time
period that will be included in our search.
