request on  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to

The request was for:

Record of any currently-active contracts with the following businesses:
Colliers Engineering & Design, Maser Consulting, Najarian Associates;
Second, record of any payments made to these three above-named companies
from Jan 1, 2017 to present.

The three businesses listed in the OPRA request do not have contracts with
the Township.  Najarian Associates has submitted RFPs for various
engineering services during that time period, but was not awarded a
contract.  Maser Consulting received payment in 2017 for refund of unused
portion of prepaid extra duty police service.  Please see attached.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Old Bridge to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
