I would like a rationale for the continual extentions and a total lack of
response for any records.

Your extentions have been continual with no explanation as to why you
require them.

As you are aware, some of the records that were requested require that the
custodian must ordinarily grant immediate access to budgets, bills,
vouchers, and contracts.

Your failure to respond with any records over the last two months could be
considered a denial!

As I am sure you are aware, a willful denial is a violation of law
