Contract, purchase records, and Township Council resolution/minutes authorizing the Flock Safety license plate reader camera system.
Dear Stafford Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1. The executed contract and/or purchase agreement between Stafford Township (or the Stafford Township Police Department) and Flock Safety, Inc., including all pricing, term length, and renewal provisions.
2. Any Township Council resolution(s) authorizing the purchase, lease, or contract with Flock Safety for automated license plate reader (ALPR) cameras.
3. Meeting minutes of the Township Council session(s) in which the Flock Safety contract or ALPR camera program was discussed, presented, or voted on.
4. Any staff report, memo, budget line item, or grant application related to funding the Flock Safety/ALPR camera program.
