Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

All email correspondence between Victor Valeski, Bernardo Guiliana, and/or Laurie Lachs to the Middlesex County Superintendent Kyle Anderson between 1/1/24 and 8/31/24 regarding the extension and/or renewal of Victor Valeski's contract as superintendent of schools in East Brunswick Public Schools.

Dear OPRA Custodian,

Can you please point me to the correct authority that holds these records? The school district has been non-responsive, the Middlesex County office told me to contact the DOE as the Executive Superintendent is appointed by the Commissioner of Education and works under this office, and now the DOE is saying they do not hold these records.
