Please be aware that per your first request, as stated, there is no record or document that exists either physically or electronically. The municipality is not required to draft, create,, compile or form a document.
As per your second follow up email: " I am writing to request an internal review of Rochelle Park Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Contract between Exxon and Rochelle Park'." Please request a specific government record, if it exists, it will be provided to you. You are requesting an internal review, that is not what an OPRA request is for and there is no request for a specific government document. This matter, as it stands, is now closed. Best, Maggie
