Contract between district and all private providers for the preschool program for 2024-2025.
Dear Perth Amboy School District,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested: I am requesting the contracts between the district of Perth Amboy and each of the private providers for the preschool program.

I am writing to request an internal review of Perth Amboy School District's handling of my OPRA request 'Contract between district and all private providers for the preschool program for 2024-2025.'.
The request has been given more than sufficient time to be answered. I would like to know WHY this is being delayed, when by law it was supposed to be responded to by February 14, 2025.

Apologies for the delayed response, but this is the first time i have seen
this request, but when i searched, your original request of February
5^th is in my email.
We will review your request and respond this week, however the email is
not clear on what year you are requesting.
