Dear Public Information,
I have received the PBA Local 331 Fully Executed Contract for 2021 through 2023 however "Article 2 Recognition and Scope" "Section 3" states "detective does not include supervisory personnel above the rank of Detective Caption".
I am respectfully requesting the contract agreement/MOA/MOU that specifically deals with the;
Chief of Detectives
and
Deputy Chief of Detectives
Neither are included in the PBA Local 331 Contract

This email is following up on your OPRA request below, submitted on January 28, 2022. Apologies for the oversight, and thank you for pointing it out.
After consulting with our Personnel Department and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, we learned that while the titles of Chief of County Investigators and Deputy Chief of County Investigators do exist in the Warren County Prosecutor's Office, they are in the non-bargaining unit so they are not governed by a contract.
There are no "current contract agreement/memorandum of understanding or memorandum of agreement, or any other written agreement, signed or unsigned" pertaining to the title of Chief of County Investigators and or Deputy Chief of County Investigators. Hence, Warren County, NJ government has no records responsive to your request.
