I am respectfully requesting a copy of the most recent and/or current contract agreement including but not limited to any Memorandum(s) of Understanding (MOU) or Memorandum(s) of Agreement (MOA) between the Town of Phillipsburg and the Town of Phillipsburg Police Department (possibly PBA Local 56).
