2. Documents that reflect a violation of Title 51, Chapter 6A, by Country Store Jewelers in Brick, or by its principal John Catalano, during the period 1/1/2003 to date, including any investigation report, complaint, summons or monetary fine imposed as a result of the violation.

This office received your OPRA request on Tuesday, 9/5/2023.  In response
to your request for ‘1. A list of all persons who violated Chapter 6A,
‘Precious Metals,’ of Title 51, ‘Standards, Weights, Measures and
Containers,’ and was subject to a fine as set forth in N.J.S.A. 51:6A-3,
during the period 1/1/2003 to date.’, the Ocean County Director of
Consumer Affairs has advised, as follows: Justin Savkov was charge on
11/09/2020 with NJSA51:6A-1; New Egypt Flea Market was charged on
08/09/2013 NJSA51:6A-1; Ed Hannah was charged on 07/14/2010 with
NJSA51:6A-1; Nicholas Fiorillo was charged on 12/06/2010 with NJSA51:6A-1;
Salurtore Crimi was charged on 02/28/2011 with NKSA51:6A-1; Steve Saris
was charged on 02/28/2011 with NKSA51:6A-1; Peter Spathis was charged on
03/18/2011 with NJSA51:6A-1; Kathy Mortimer was charged on 06/03/2011 with
NJSA51:6A-1; John Jerro was charged on 06/08/2011 with NJSA51:6A-1;
Michael Landy was charged on 07/22/2011 with NJSA51:6A-1; Saad Nazir was
charged on 08/30/2011 with NJSA51:6A-1; Harseech Patel was charged on
09/22/2011 with NJSA51:6A-1; Maria Seville was charged on 11/21/2011 with
NJSA51:6A-1; Ace Gold Buyers was charged on 02/14/2012 with NJSA51:6A-1;
Edward Hannah was charged on 05/24/2012 with NJSA51:6A-1; Salurtore Crimi
was charged on 05/24/2012 with NKSA51:6A-1; Marie Molinoro was charged on
06/18/2012 with NJSA51:6A-1; Tina Flick was charged on 08/06/2012 with
NJSA51:6A-1; Steve Stavitz was charged on 08/27/2012 with NJSA51:6A-1;
Casion Jewelry was charged on 08/23/2012 with NJSA51:6A-1; Seville
Jewelers was charged on 08/23/2013 with NJSA51:6A-1;  Howard Klotzkin was
charged on 10/17/2014 with NJSA56:1A-1.

 

Further, in response to your request for ‘2. Documents that reflect a
violation of Title 51, Chapter 6A, by Country Store Jewelers in Brick, or
by its principal John Catalano, during the period 1/1/2003 to date,
including any investigation report, complaint, summons or monetary fine
imposed as a result of the violation.’, the Ocean County Director of
Consumer Affairs has advised that no such record exists.

OPRA:  RIGHT OF APPEAL
