In pursuant of information for 22 Garden St, Cranford, NJ 07016, BLOCK 281, LOT 8
I am requesting all open/closed construction permits and/or violations for this property. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

In regards to your recent OPRA request pertaining to 22 Garden Street:
• The Building Department has provided the attached permit history information;
• The Zoning Department has provided the attached permit history information;
• The Property Maintenance, Fire and Health Departments have no record information responsive to your request for “violations” information;
• The Fire Department, Health Department and the Clerk's Office have no records responsive to your request for "the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports" information;
• A representative from the Township’s Engineering Consulting Office has provided that there are no records information responsive to your request;
• The Tax Assessor's office has provided the attached survey record responsive to your request.
