Records requested: This request is for a pending real estate closing on July 31, 2026. I am requesting copies of all issued construction permits (Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire), Certificates of Occupancy (CO), and Certificates of Approval (COA) for 21 Thomas St, Block 158, Lot 99.02 from 1958 to the present date. Please explicitly list any open, unfinalized, or outstanding permits, as well as any outstanding permits, as well as any outstanding housing or construction code violations on file.
