I am requesting all construction permit/application and related below listed documents applied by and/or issued to in 2019,2020,2021 and 2022 to a “C. Cueto” or “christian cueto” of 809 Featherbed Lane Clark Nj 07066 Tel: 732-770-5909 DEP license #520086

That name is not for the “Name of Owner in fee” but instead it is for the “principal contractor” located in line 4 of the construction permit applications.

In addition i would like to clarify the specific records I am requesting for each permit, as listed below:

- Construction Permit Application
- Certification in Lieu of oath
- Construction Permit
- Fire Protection Subcode application and Permit (if one was applied for and issued)
- Copies of professional licences submittted to your agency by applicant issued by NJ DEP
- Any communication/paperwork submitted by contractor or subcontractor requesting inspections and submitting proof of proper disposal of removed tank,
- any and all other records available attached to said permit
