Construction permit
Dear Woodbridge Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting all construction permit/application and related below listed documents applied by and/or issued to in 2019,2020,2021 and 2022 to a “C. Cueto” or “christian cueto” of 809 Featherbed Lane Clark Nj 07066 Tel: 732-770-5909 DEP license #520086
That name is not for the “Name of Owner in fee” but instead it is for the “principal contractor” located in line 4 of the construction permit applications.
In addition i would like to clarify the specific records I am requesting for each permit, as listed below:
- Construction Permit Application
- Certification in Lieu of oath
- Construction Permit
- Fire Protection Subcode application and Permit (if one was applied for and issued)
- Copies of professional licences submittted to your agency by applicant issued by NJ DEP
- Any communication/paperwork submitted by contractor or subcontractor requesting inspections and submitting proof of proper disposal of removed tank,
- any and all other records available attached to said permit

By copy to our Building Department, I am asking they respond to you today. Our estimated due date is indicated as tomorrow and the difference between the date you have and ours, is likely due to the clarification on what records you are looking for. We appreciate your patience as we respond to your OPRA request.

Dear MITCH, JOHN,
Hello sir. First let me tell you that it was a pleasure speaking to you and must admit it was nothing short of pleasant fealing with your office.
I’m sending this email just as a follow up and a thank you to being able to send me copies of the entire five files by the end of the day tomorrow.
Again, I was not aware of the amount of permits issued to the specific contractor and do now west to overburden the staff at the construction department by making them copy over 40 folders.
