i would like to find out more about the construction of the new emergency services building, 650 washington avenue, twp washington 07676.

Records requested:

all email, written, and other communications between

personnel, employees, officials, volunteers, and representatives associated with the township

and personnel, officials, employees, representatives of any company, business, or organization that was involved in the construction of the emergency services building.

as well as

Construction documents (plans, drawings, specification manuals, as-built drawings and manuals) that were used for the construction.
Meeting minutes for all contractor and owner meetings throughout the duration of the project.
All project schedules and updates throughout the duration of the project.
Any safety manager updates throughout the duration of the project.
List of all punchlist items and when they were completed.
Final Inspection report.

Dear Susan Witkowski,

I am looking for email exchanges to/from contractors, subcontractors, and any representative of a contractor/subcontractor. The time frame requested is from June 2018 until June 2023.

Subject matters are the construction of the emergency services building and the useage thereof.

I did look at the website and acknolwedge the availalbility of site plans on the website, which I have downloaded already.

I would still like every other document I asked for minus what I discussed in this message or the site plan, which is namely:

Construction documents (drawings, specification manuals, as-built drawings and manuals) that were used for the construction.
Meeting minutes for all contractor and owner meetings throughout the duration of the project.
All project schedules and updates throughout the duration of the project.

I am very sorry for the confusion. I copied/pasted a template initially and did not see the “AM seeking records” statement - based on the explanation in your letter, it should have read instead, “I AM NOT …. with a legal proceeding.”

As there is NOT a proceeding that has been filed that this request is in connection to, I therefore cannot identify any (nonexistant) proceding that this request is related to or identify myself as a party to any such proceding that is again, not in existance at thist ime.

I apologize again for the inconvenience as I am unfamiliar with OPRA and especially the new law. Due to the errors and corrections requested with this current request and should this note to clarify not be enough, I will resubmit my requests anew with applicable corrections made.

your request for clarification seems to practically expect that i already am aware of the contents of the email exchanges i am requesting. if i had already seen/read these communications, then why would i need to request them to begin with?
