Construction and Tax records
Dear Cranford Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all construction permits issued for 235 Cranford Ave Cranford NJ for the years of 2012, 2013,2014,2015,2016, 2017 and 2018 . Said list to minimally include dates, permit number, Location, Permit issued date, Permit Close date and work description).
- Tax records for 235 Cranford Ave Cranford NJ for the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 to minimally include owner's name, owner's address, amount assessed, type of premises (residence, vacant lot)
