This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1 - A copy of the resolution appointing Mr. Peter Cerruto of Barnegat to the office of Constable passed by the Township Committee of the Township of Barnegat in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:9-120.

2 - A copy of the Constable's bond filed with the office of the municipal clerk by Peter Cerruto as required by N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125.
