What is the city ordinance on being a fire fighter? Not living in town or at a county?
All the checking account, in the cd accounts, and all the banks
Copy of a spec for a new engine and a rescue and a copy of the purchase order I have a message from one of the line officers

1. The City does not maintain a record of the By-laws of the fire company
2. Red & Blue Light Permits: current list attached
3. You will need to request copies of their financial records from the fire company, the City does not maintain this record
4. The City ordinance for the fire departments is attached.
5. Checking accounts, CD accounts and bank records are not maintained by the City; please make this request from the fire department
6. Specifications for a new engine and rescue: There are no bid specifications, nor a purchase order issued for a new engine and rescue.
This response shall close out this OPRA request as submitted by you.
