Dear South Brunswick Township Fire District 3,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

All policies on code of conduct and conflict of interest for Commissioners.

Steve Manobico hired the fire company attorney, being they are friends and neighbors and since been negotiating a contract for the district with said attorney.

Is there no policy on the same person negotiating contracts for both sides or should they be removed and recused?
