1. Any and all communications between The State of NJ, City of Atlantic City and Councilman Randolph concerning his dual positions with the city of Atlantic City and the Atlantic County Utilities Authority. Date of request. 1 Nov 2016 through 25 December 2019.
2. Any and all communications between Randolph and any member of city council, including former Mayor Gilliam and current Mayor Small concerning Randolph’s perceived violations of NJS 40A:9-22.5. Date of Request 1 Jan 2019 through 25 December 2019.
3. Any and all communications, documents, guidance or instructions given to Randolph concerning his dual roles as a councilman and his position with the Atlantic County Utilities authority. Date of request 1 Nov 2016 through 25 December 2019.
