Completed Report of East Brunswick Public Library Violations?

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, New Jersey Department of Health, Division of Epidemiology, Environmental, and Occupational Health should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear New Jersey Department of Health, Division of Epidemiology, Environmental, and Occupational Health,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

My April 2023 request below was denied due to an ongoing investigation. I am following up to see if the investigation is closed regarding health violations at the East Brunswick Public LIbrary and the report is available for the public.

Thank you so much.

Yours faithfully,

Renee Miller
