Dear Kearny OPRA Center,
I am still waiting for all the records that I requested. All I received was complaint documents from March 2022. What I requested was all records on this building from 2017 to 2022. I also requested for a certificate of the clearance of occupancy, which I still haven’t received. There should be an updated clearance of occupancy for this building. Which clearly there isn’t. Public records shows a clearance of occupancy from 2017. Why hasn’t there been any as of current? I still haven’t received a certificate of inspection for the last 5 years. These documents are public records. Why is it taking long to get a copy of these records? Were there any maintenance and extermination records for this building in the last 5 years? Nothing seems to be updated as of this year besides sending me complaint forms from last month.
