Dear Middlesex County Clerk's Office,
Under the OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide complete and official 2023 elections results, including final canvass reports, certifications, recounts/rechecks, and audits, for all contests held during the year 2023, including but not limited to:
January 24 South River election
March 14 Monroe and Woodbridge elections
April 25 New Brunswick election
June 6 primary elections
September 26 Spotswood/Helmetta election
November 7 general election

Dear Mr. Kratovil,
We are in receipt of your request for, "complete and official 2023
elections results, including final canvass reports, certifications,
recounts/rechecks, and audits, for all contests held during the year
2023."
Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days
to fulfill because records are in storage. OPRA allows custodians to seek
extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA
states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the
record can be made available. If the record is not made available by that
time, access shall be deemed denied.” Your request requires an extension
of time until Friday, January 12, 2024.
