Good to hear from you. Thanks for your response.
On November 15, 2021 at 2:36 PM, the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office sent me news release. The release stated: "German-Suarez was charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose. Rodriguez-Quiles was charged with one count of first-degree conspiracy to commit murder, one count of first-degree murder, and one count of second-degree possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose."
If this release is correct, there should be charging documents (complaints and possibly indictments) maintained by the MCPO. My question still remains unanswered: What happened to those records?
