Dear New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Background: I have standing under common law because I have had funds withdrawn from my checking account by Coinbase, Inc. that are being unlawfully held. They are refusing to release my funds despite written requests.

Records requested:

1. Digital copies of complaints filed against Coinbase, Inc. (www.coinbase.com), and against its agents/principals/representatives if applicable.

2. Digital copies of code/laws that Coinbase, Inc. is required to abide by in order to maintain their license in good standing or a Website URL directing me to same online.
