I am writing to request an internal review of New Jersey Department of Education's handling of my OPRA request 'Complaints'.
There is no reasonable justification provided as to why more time is needed to gather his information.

Good afternoon,
N.J.A.C. 6A:28-6.6(g) requests that the School Ethics Commission hold all
information confidential regarding any pending matter until the Commission
finds that a school official has violated the Act, or until the matter is
settled, withdrawn, or dismissed. Accordingly, the request is denied.
A receipt indicating same and that your request has been closed, is
attached.

I am writing to request an internal review of New Jersey Department of Education's handling of my OPRA request 'Complaints'.
I requested ethics complaints both past and present. The reason for present ethics complaints not be disseminated until it was decided was given. However, there was no reason given for obtaining past ethics complaints, and the same reason wouldn’t apply.
