Good afternoon:

 

You had submitted an Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request, which was
received by the Records Custodian on February 17, 2022.  Please accept
this letter as the Custodian’s response pursuant to OPRA.

 

Your request sought access to the following:

            *(A) Complaint-Summons (CDR-a) from January 1, 2022 to January
31, 2022

 

Please be advised that due the expansiveness of this request, the Township
requires an extension of time beyond the initial seven (7) day response
period to search for, identify, and review any responsive government
records. See Scheeler v. N.J. Dep’t of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2014-123
(Feb. 2016) (validating extension under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g) and N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5(i) where custodian provided written response within seven (7)
business days and provided specific date when records would be ready).  

 

The Township anticipates that records readily identified as responsive to
your request will be available to you by the close of business on March
