Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

- copy of all complaints received by the NJ DEP via its website or email from 1/1/22 to 5/20/22, in reference to either a Christian Cueto or Salvatore Bonaccorso and the improper usage of licensing for the purpose of removing of unregulated USTs

- Copy of all records, initials and investigative reports, emails generated, inter office memorandum or letters received and/or held by the NJ DEP in reference to the above mentioned complaint
