This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I am requesting any and all information of the company and/or contractor who was hired to disinfect a COVID19 exposure from the Northern Ocean County Resource Center, OCBSS, 225 Fourth St Lakewood, NJ between the dates of March 27, 2020 and March 30, 2020 to include SDS sheets which are required under The New Jersey Worker and Community Right to Know Act.
