Community Event
Dear Pitman Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I'm requesting all information pertaining to a community event the Borough host which provides a movie screening in the park or any venue within the Borough. What vendors did the Borough award a contract to provide the movie projection along with the sound system for the 2016 & 2017 year. In, addition what dates did the Borough host the event for the community for the 2016 & 2017 year.

Dear Mr. Alcantara,
Attached are resolutions and shared service agreements entered into by the
Borough of Pitman and the County of Gloucester. These are free community
events where the county provides the movie screen, the movie and popcorn.
In 2017 the movie "Sing" was shown on August 30. Regretfully, I do not have
a record of the date, or the movie that as shown in 2016.
