Communications regarding charter study commission and the 5/9/23 Red Bank municipal election
Dear Red Bank Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
For the purpose of this request, "communications" shall mean all text messages (including all internet messaging services), emails, including those sent to and from "personal" or "professional" email addresses and all other communications to and from any of the following: Pasquale Menna, Kate Triggiano, Kathleen Horgan, Chief Darren McConnell, and Vin Gopal regarding the following issues during the following timeframes.
1.) All communications relating to the charter study commission, its final report, and the ballot question regarding a change in Red Bank’s government between 9/1/22 and 12/31/22.
2.) All communications regarding the 5/9/23 Red Bank municipal election between 9/1/22 and 5/11/23.

I have nothing on my personal email or text accounts.
Since my term as Councilwoman ended on December 31st, 2022, I have not had
access to my borough email account. So, I would ask Intron to look for
any emails up until that date.

I also do not have anything in my texts or personal email. For my work
email, if Intron could run a search. I only found one thing related to
the Charter Study Commission that had to do with payment of invoices, but
that was an email between myself and the CFO, nothing out of the
ordinary. However, sometimes my search function does not pick up
everything so if Intron could double check.
