of March 1, 2023 to the present.

For this request, you are seeking " All communications, including
but not limited to correspondence, emails, text messages, memos,
and records/notes of phone calls that were received by Cherry Hill
Twp from March 1, 2023 to the present pertaining to the appearance
or allegedly unsafe condition of the property located at 162
Valley Run Drive." Pursuant to Elcavage v. West Milford Twp.
(Passaic), GRC Complaint No. 2009-07, the Government Records
Council set forth a three-prong test for these types of
communications to be the subjects of a valid request. These
requests must contain three (3) characteristics- 1) Content and/or
subject; 2) Specific date or range of dates; 3) Sender and/or
recipient. Your request fails to specify a sender/receiver.
Therefore, please provide clarification as to the sender/receiver
for these communications.
