Copies of all communications regarding the discussions changes to the conflict of interest policies 4214 and 3214 and their respective addenda as well as any and all correspondence that may relate to display of classroom decor being age-appropriate and content-neutral, unless such content is germane to the topic of the course or academic content at the time being taught and/or any discussion of LGBTQ+ pride flags or decor.

Copies of all versions, revisions, edits or drafts of policies 4214 and 3214 and addenda.

Communications shall include, but not be limited to, email, text messages, instant messenger, among and/or between board members, staff, faculty, students, and the public.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
