communications from Boro of Neptune City to Board of Health
Dear Neptune City Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All communications including emails, phone calls and any correspondence between Neptune City and the Monmouth County Board of Health (including the Mayor, the board of health Liaison, The Boro Attorneys, or any town employee). From January 1, 2013- to present ( Oct. 2019)

The Borough will need an extension until November 1, 2019 as we will need
to go back in email and track down all Board of Health communications.
Also will have to review all communications and check for information that
will need to be redacted for health information that is not public.
