Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Any communications in writing, email or text from Michael Bollard , his design engineer, attorney representing his landuse application to Mansfield Township landuse board secretary, Attorney Bryce ,and Boswell Engineering regarding escrow payments . The date range is October 2025 to July 22, 2026
